How to dominate any made up keyword
52The past year has seen a meteoric rise in the amount of people blogging and microblogging as auto industry employees lose their jobs and seek other ways to full their days. The problem that many of these people have found after a few weeks of blogging is that no one is reading there blog thus effectively making it a diary. As any “SEO Guru” will tell you the key to getting your content read is keyword domination. My mate Grizz dominates the keywords “make money online” and he seems to be doing OK, however dominating keywords takes a lot of hard work, so I have made this post specifically to show beginners how to DOMINATE A KEYWORD.
The problem with competing for popular keywords such as “dwarf tossing” is that everyone else also wants to be ranked number one on Google for that term. The simple solution to this problem is to make up your own keywords and create content based on the made up keywords.
For the purpose of this tutorial I will use the keyword term “spaghetti excavation” as far as I know this term has no real world meaning and if I’m lucky there won’t be an alt rock band with that name.
We start our road to domination with a search of Google’s keyword tool, basically we just pop the term into the search bar and click search to see how much competition the is for that particular search term.
As you can see above the competition for the specific term “spaghetti excavation” is low this is a good sign as it means that I should be able to dominate the term with little fuss and minimal cleanup.
Now I’ll just run a quick search on Google to ensure that the term is not prohibited by international trade embargos
No, everything seems fine so now all I have to do is play the waiting game, if I’m lucky Google will run a bot through this page shortly and the next thing you know I will dominate a made up keyword.
Update: Less than 24 hour after writing this hub I have had a look at the Google search results and noticed that I am now ranked number 1 for the search term spaghetti excavation. Now I'm left with an unsettling feeling of, what should I do next? go forward and dominate further pointless keywords or do something useful with my day.
